Michelle is an accountant by day, committed yoga practitioner and teacher by night.
Her friend, a massage therapist, encouraged her to try yoga to diminish her neck and shoulder tension as well as improve her flexibility and strength. Michelle loved how yoga improved her overall body’s health and released the stress of daily life. Her deep love and devotion to the practice is punctuated by her honesty about her abilities.
