YOGA 101: Standing Poses – Steve

Standing poses are the foundation of a strong yoga practice. They challenge our strength, flexibility and tenacity. Together we will explore basic postures like triangle, extended side angle and warrior 2. We’ll make the best use of yoga props and pose modifications designed to improve your yoga experience. In this workshop we will emphasis alignment as we work toward a deeper understanding of the effects of these poses on the muscular and skeletal body.
