New to yoga? Curious about meditation? This class is perfect for you! We explore the fundamentals of yoga and meditation in an approachable way.
Early Morning Blend
Awaken and open your body as you center and energize your mind for the day ahead. Getting up and moving will help you loosen tight muscles, increase circulation and find balance both mentally and physically. These classes are simple enough for beginners, effective for everyone and especially great if you’re looking for individual attention.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation for Parkinson’s
Benefit from yoga classes specifically designed for those with Parkinson’s disease. Each class begins with meditation followed by yoga poses practiced with the support of a chair. Open Yoga: All Levels
This class welcomes everyone – from those with a foundational knowledge of yoga to teachers. Classes are ideal for students who are open to diving into the all that yoga has to offer.

Restorative yoga offers the body a chance to rest deeply and revitalize. Whether you are feeling stressed, tired, recovering from an injury or simply need to slow down and tune into your body, this wonderfully adaptive practice is essential for well-being. The poses are simple and accessible for people of all ages and all levels of practice, and will employ props to support the body throughout the practice.
