Classes start out standing and opening the waist, neck, and head. These major areas hold significant keys to maintaining optimal health. By tracing and tapping these large energy sources, tension will have already started to melt away. We ground ourselves, then sit to massage specific acupressure points that are known to balance our emotions, hormones, and strengthen our body’s constitution.
