Starting out in a Fundamentals or “Beginner Yoga Basics” workshop (like the one being offered at Yoga from the Heart on February. 1st from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.) will show you the ropes and give you the tools to start your practice confidently. During this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn the preparatory poses, how to use props and understand the importance of breathing properly during yoga.
