Flexible Options

In an effort to make learning more available and more obtainable, it is now being offered as two distinctly different tracks each with its own unique focus,

Track 1 is a 100 Hour Advanced Studies Program. Track 2 is the Advanced Studies Program plus an additional 100 Hour of Teacher Training. In both trainings we explore asana, principles of alignment, anatomy, and yoga philosophy.

Track 1: 100 Hour Advanced Studies Program

The 100 Hour Advanced Program consists of four three-day trainings over a four month period with homework between each weekend. The 100 Hour Advanced Studies Program is for those people interested in learning more about yoga and deepening their own practices, but don’t necessarily want to teach.

This program was created as a pathway for people to engage in the learning process without the pressure or commitment of becoming a teacher.  The hours accumulated during our 100 Hour Advanced Studies program are completely transferable and applicable towards our 200 Hour Teacher Training.

Track 2: 200 Hour Teacher Training Program

The 200 Hour Teacher Training Program consists of eight three-day trainings over an eight month period with homework between each weekend. Our 200 hour training program is for those people who have successfully completed our 100 Hour Advanced Studies and are committed to developing the skills essential to become a confident instructor.

Students will be notified about acceptance or with suggestions to better prepare them for the programs via e-mail.
