Your dedication to learning and devotion to your own personal transformation are the keys to enjoying the full benefits of the training. Additionally, applicants should:
- Have at least one year of continuous yoga practice (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
- Have attended classes taught at Yoga from the Heart for three consecutive months (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
- Be 25 years of age (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
- Be computer literate and have regular access to the internet
- Have the time and energy to commit and devote to the training
