Getting Started

 

Your dedication to learning and devotion to your own personal transformation are the keys to enjoying the full benefits of the training. Additionally, applicants should:

  • Have at least one year of continuous yoga practice (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
  • Have attended classes taught at Yoga from the Heart for three consecutive months (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
  • Be 25 years of age (exceptions will be considered upon submission)
  • Be computer literate and have regular access to the internet
  • Have the time and energy to commit and devote to the training

The texts to be purchased prior to starting training are listed below:

  • The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Sri Swami Satchitananda
  • Moving Toward Balance by Rodney Yee
  • The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer
  • Yoga the Iyengar Way by Silva, Mira, & Shyam Mehta
