Releasing Back Pain Part 2: Poses for Upper Back, Shoulders and Arms

Four out of five adults experience at least one bout of debilitating back pain during their lives. Although the upper back is more stable than the lower back or the neck, chronic or even acute pain in the upper back is not uncommon. The shoulders, as the most mobile joints in the body, are prone to problems because of their ability to move in many directions. This workshop explores these three potential problem spots and focuses on exercises and postures that specifically address them.
