New to yoga? Curious about meditation? This class is perfect for you! We explore the fundamentals of yoga and meditation in an approachable way.
Community Drop-In Yoga
An opportunity to practice with talented teachers who have recently joined our staff. These classes provide them the teaching experience they need while providing you with a well-balanced class at a discounted rate of $10. Bring a friend! Taught as open classes, appropriate for all levels. Team taught rotationally by Heather, Ceborah and Wendy.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation for Parkinson’s
Benefit from yoga classes specifically designed for those with Parkinson’s disease. Each class begins with meditation followed by yoga poses practiced with the support of a chair. Open Yoga: All Levels
This class welcomes everyone – from those with a foundational knowledge of yoga to teachers. Classes are ideal for students who are open to diving into the all that yoga has to offer.

Restorative yoga offers the body a chance to rest deeply and revitalize. The poses are simple and accessible for people of all levels of practice, and use props to support the body throughout the practice.
