Yoga Classes

What would it feel like to look forward to a yoga class that improves your strength, balance and flexibility and where you are taught not told how to do the poses? Where you learn to listen to your body? Our yoga classes are a unique and versatile way to learn or return to the practice of yoga. You will be guided and supported each and every step of the way. You’ll start to see and feel changes after just three classes.

Private Sessions

Private Sessions are perfect for someone with a specific goal, with an injury or a limitation that might make attendance at a group class uncomfortable. In private sessions, you will be guided through the poses and stretches that make sense for your body, allowing you to ease into yoga in a safe manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. If attending group classes is your ultimate goal, then private sessions are a wonderful preparation for that.

If you feel a little out of place learning and practicing in groups, you will feel more comfortable and less self-conscious in a one-on-one session.

Online and in-person sessions are scheduled on a day and at a time that is convenient for you.
